Why Use EZ Pay
With Easy Pay, you can receive summer storage services and pay monthly installments at no extra charge with your major credit card. Summer storage products and services you select will be divided according to the specified number of payments. During checkout, just choose the Easy Pay option, when available. The first Easy Pay installment will be taken at sign up. Then, approximately every 30 to 31 days, each remaining installment will be billed to the credit card used on the order. Easy Pay billing dates are set according to the sign up date of the order; billing dates for future installments can't be customized or changed. Easy Pay is subject to approval by College Storage Services based on a number of factors, including price, and payment history. Please note: certain payment methods, including prepaid cards, may not be available for items purchased with Easy Pay.
Can I change my billing date?
Easy Pay billing dates are set according to the sign up date of the order. Billing dates for future installments cannot be customized or changed.
Can I change/update my credit card online?
Simply contact us at 877.325.3330, M-F, 9 am - 5 pm (PT). Please note: There is a $25 fee for declined credit cards.
Can I pay the balance of my installments?
Email us at requesting to pay your balance. We will send an invoice for payment. If payment is not received 10 business days before your next installment we will continue with deductions from your credit card.
Is EZ Pay available for study abroad storage or shipping?
At this time summer storage is the only service where easy pay is offered.
